Flex Fuel U.S., LLC ("Flex Fuel") warrants its Product to be free from defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the following:

The warranty period commences the day the Product is purchased by the original purchaser ("Commencement Date"). Flex Fuel agrees to correct, repair or replace any defect in the Product that occurs within the earlier of 24,000 miles or 2 years after the Commencement Date.  In addition, Flex Fuel shall reimburse the customer for the cost of any Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) component part damaged by the Product or E85 fuel, in Flex Fuel’s determination, during the OEM’s warranty period or to the fuel pump during the OEM’s warranty period plus the earlier of 24,000 miles or 2 years. This Limited Warranty does not cover any labor costs or charges related to the removal or reinstallation of the OEM component part or the Product or any other consequential damages or expenses related thereto.

Claims under this Limited Warranted may only be made by the original purchaser at the retail or distribution outlet where the Product was purchased and upon presentment of a dated purchase receipt, the Product installation invoice or other written proof of the purchase date and the vehicle’s mileage upon purchase of the Product, acceptable to Flex Fuel or as permitted at www.flexfuelus.com.  NOTE: THE FACTORY WARRANTY WILL STILL APPLY TO ALL PARTS, SYSTEMS AND SUBSYSTEMS OF THE ENGINE FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND THE EMISSION SYSTEM INSTALLED BY THE FACTORY.  PLEASE DIRECT ALL CLAIMS FOR DEFECTS OF FACTORY PRODUCTS TO THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE MANUFACTURER. 

This Limited Warranty is not transferable.  Specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty are damages related to failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application or installation, unauthorized service to or unauthorized use of parts with the Product and normal wear and tear.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FLEX FUEL DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALSO TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT COVERED BY IT. NO ATTEMPT TO ALTER, MODIFY, OR AMEND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY AN OFFICER OF FLEX FUEL.

Some states do not allow limitations related to implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you and will only be enforced to the extent permitted law. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
